Crash pads are fully furnished houses that provide a great lodging alternative for people in Altus TDY for extended stays. They all provide cable, free wifi and basic cooking utensils etc.
Traditional Roommate Rentals in Altus provide rooms for rent for people who did not come with their families. We offer all officer homes, all enlisted homes, all female homes, all male homes, as well as co-ed homes.
Roommate Rentals are excellent crash pads with some of the best amenities you can find!
Roommate Rentals are more likely to be newly updated and have extras such as pool tables, TVs in every bedroom, cleaning services, provide toilet paper, paper towels, hand and dish soap and more, all at the lodging rate.

Our whole-house family crash pads are priced competitively and are set up to cater to families large and small as well as to people bringing pets.
This site was originally created to be a place where traditional, by-the-room, crash pad owners
could help families in need of a crash pad by referring them to a family crash pad owner. Starting November of 2015, it became a management website for all crash pads managed by Gina Wilson. These places are all different, so make sure the place you are looking for has everything you need.
There are 2, 3 & 4 bedroom places. Most owners even allow you to bring your pets sometimes with or without a deposit. Check out the places on the Family Crash Pad page for more information and pictures of the homes.

Roommate Rentals vs. Family Pads
Most family crash pads have a little less to offer since they are not making as much of a profit, but they are doing this out of love and care for families. They want to allow families to be able to have their loved ones with them in Altus instead of leaving them behind or cramming everyone into a hotel for months.
With that being said, there can be some additional costs when staying in a family crash pad. It usually makes more sense to stay in a traditional crash pad if your family is not accompanying you.
Hybrid Crash Pads
We also offer a hybrid called a couples crash pad. This allows you to rent a whole family crash pad house with a friend or friends at the lodging rate. Any family crash pad will rent a whole house this way, but you must find your own roommates. This may or may not increase the amenities.
The owner will very likely add beds if needed to make a family crash pad work best if rented by 2 families/couples or friends.
